Sesame Halva Cocoa by Bul-Tat was my second tasting of Bulgarian halva. Surprisingly, this treat was totally different if compared to Sesame Halva Vanilla made by the same producer (Bul-Tat). Overall taste appeared too tender and the texture was very powdery. It was still a halva, but, let‘s say, it reminded me more of some kind of sesame-sugar-cocoa cookie…
I don‘t know, if it was meant to be like this or if it become like this (because of the storage conditions or some other reason). Anyway, the result was quite interesting. I can‘t say that I recommend it to everyone, but maybe you should try. It‘s up to you to decide. Sesame Halva Cocoa by Bul-Tat is worth of trying , but be ready for some unusual and very sweet sesame halva.
