Lalin Plain Halva is a perfect example that very good halva may be very simple. From only few ingredients Gulluoglu extracted something amazing! I enjoyed so much a delicate aroma and exquisite taste of this Turkish halva… A slight bitterness, well balanced sweetness and very pleasant, soft texture – everything was just great.
