“Traditional turkish halva” was written on the packaging of Halva with Cocoa by Bezci. And I had to agree with such statement of this manufacturer.
Bezci halva had a little bit sandy, but crunchy texture, it was quite soft, but still firm enough. The taste was sweet, but slightly bitter, with proper amount of cocoa. Everything was done right and I enjoyed the goodness and the warmth of this halva.
Honestly, everytime I eat halva like this, I wish to spend all my days near the Mediterranean sea.
