I think that Halva Hazelnut by Koska should satisfy anyone who is looking for a sweet and nutty dessert. What else could it be if it’s mostly made of mashed hazelnuts, tahini, and sugar 🙂
In my opinion, the overall taste of this halva was quite good. I liked the extra cocoa flavor and the noticeable bitterness of the sesame, as well as the perfect crunchy texture. My sweet wishes would have been fulfilled even better if there were some whole hazelnuts mixed inside (not only crumbs of them on the top).
However, all things considered, Halva Hazelnut by Koska left the impression of a tasty, but perhaps too sugary, treat. If sweetness is not a problem for you, you’ll definitely appreciate it. Otherwise, look for more guilt-free alternatives like Hand-made Whole Grain Halva by Kandylas.
