Packaging of Helva with Vanilla by Ciloglu

Helva with Vanilla by Ciloglu

Despite the fact that I totally disliked Ciloglu’s Helva with Cocoa (see my previous review), I decided to figure out how good would be Helva with Vanilla of the same producer. To be honest, I was unexpectedly and pleasantly surprised. This halva was quite wet and soft, but firm enough, and at the same time – notably crunchy.

Perhaps it had too much sweetness and some peculiar aftertaste, but in general Helva with Vanilla by Ciloglu was fine. Considering it’s rich and strong taste, decent bitterness, good texture and a friendly price, this dessert is probably worth of trying.
