In case you like halva and you also have an everlasting affinity for dark chocolate (like I do), Makedonikos Halvas with Chocolate by Haitoglou Bros. is a treat, which should not be missed! You will definitely appreciate it‘s incredible mixed taste. Not very sweet… Delicately bitter… Such halva which makes you reach for another piece of it, when you still didn‘t finish the first one. A guaranteed pleasure!

The texture of this halva was soft, a little bit crunchy, but it kept the form very well and I could cut it into nice pieces easily. I think, this was a great halva, which is really worth of your attention. Somehow Haitoglou Bros. managed to marry tahini and bitter chocolate, presenting us an excelent delicacy. You have to taste Makedonikos Halvas with Chocolate in this life!
